We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist in Middlesex County, NJ. This position will be onsite 5 days a week. The ideal candidate must be commutable to Middlesex County. NJ. Responsibilities:• Manage accounts payable transactions including invoice entry, matching and coding invoices, and invoice processing. • Process payments via checks, credit cards, ACH, and other authorized payment methods.• Perform vendor statement reviews and account reconciliations to identify discrepancies and support timely resolution.• Maintain complete and well-organized payment files, account records, and transaction documentation.• Assist with month-end closing activities, including reconciliations and reporting.
