This is a great opportunity for candidates with chemical processing experience who want a long-term career with a stable company.We're looking for team members who can safely handle chemicals, monitor reaction processes, and maintain quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor chemical processing equipmentMeasure, mix, and transfer raw materials according to production formulasFollow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and chemical handling protocolsMonitor gauges, temperatures, pressures, and production outputComplete production logs, batch records, and required documentationPerform quality checks to ensure product specifications are metReport equipment issues, safety concerns, or production problems to supervisorsQualificationsPrevious experience as a Chemical Operator for a minimum of 3 monthsAbility to safely work around chemicals and follow strict safety proceduresStrong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructionsComfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
