Majestic Care ABA is growing, and we're looking for caring, motivated individuals who want to build a rewarding career while making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families. As a Behavioral Technician, you will work one-on-one with children in their homes, schools, and communities, helping them develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. No prior ABA experience is required. We provide the training, support, and mentorship you need to get started and grow in the field.

Qualifications
No Experience? No Problem!
You do not need previous ABA or Behavioral Technician experience to apply. Previous experience working with children and coursework or a degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Human Services, or a related field are helpful, but not required. We provide the required 40-hour RBT training, along with ongoing training, supervision, and mentorship to help you succeed. We also support qualified employees through the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification process, giving you the opportunity to learn from experienced BCBAs, build valuable skills, and grow your career in ABA.
